These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, and communications offered by Stuff Youd Want, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using www.stuffyoudwant.com, placing an order, or submitting items for consignment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  Please read them carefully.

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only.
You may not use this website in a way that causes harm, restricts access, or violates intellectual property laws.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Items are sold as-is and described to the best of our ability.
We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

If there is a material issue not disclosed, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item.

By submitting items for consignment, you agree to the terms outlined in our Consignment Agreement, including:

• A 60/40 split (seller/consignor) unless otherwise agreed upon
   
• Items must be authentic, clean, and in sellable condition
   
• Payouts are processed via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo within 14 days of sale
   
• Unsold items may be returned or donated after 90 days
   

Stuff Youd Want, LLC reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet quality or brand standards.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the email.

If you submit a review, testimonial, or comment, you grant us permission to use it in marketing, social media, or promotional content unless you request otherwise.

You agree not to post anything defamatory, abusive, or misleading.

All content on this site — including logos, photos, branding, designs, and written materials — is the property of Stuff Youd Want, LLC and may not be copied, reused, or sold without permission.

We do our best to provide accurate listings and secure services, but we are not liable for:

• Delays in delivery beyond our control
   
• Lost or stolen packages once shipped
   
• Buyer misuse or dissatisfaction due to sizing, styling, or subjective expectations
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
By using our services, you agree to resolve any disputes in the jurisdiction of Union County, NJ.

We may update these Terms at any time.
